RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However if there are some reasons that you are not satisfied with us, please contact our Customer Service info@ultimobeauty.com to obtain a RMA# via email BEFORE sending back a shipment to us. All return and exchange process are require Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA#). This will allow us to confirm the return and make sure we have the exchange inventory in stock, we then can be better prepared for the arrival of your shipment with faster processing.

 

Your unopened, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after received the shipment (Void* if the seal sticker is broken or removed), items received after 7 days cannot be return or exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. 

*Please note that if the seal sticker on the merchandise is broken or removed, it will consider as “Opened” item(s) therefore the item(s) cannot be return or exchange.

 

Instruction for return and exchange via email:

Please send us a email to info@ultimobeauty.com with the following:

-       Subject: Request RMA# for return / exchange

-       Your Name

-       Contact phone#

-       Date of purchase

-       Receipt / Invoice#

-       Brief of reason for return / exchange


Exchanges
- You can return unopened, unused items within 7 days after received the shipment for an exchange.
- The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. -  We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we strongly suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; we cannot be held responsible for shipping that is damaged or lost when returning.

Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed we will notify you via email once the exchange merchandise is ready to ship out. 

Returns
- You can also return unopened, unused items within 7 days after received the shipment for a refund plus any applicable sales tax, less the original shipping and handling fees to your credit card or your Paypal account on the original order.

Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and the process of refund to your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
